What the service does

My Invoice Generator helps users create document PDFs such as invoices, payment receipts, rent receipts, restaurant bills, fuel receipts, medical bills, salary slips, travel bills, hotel bills, cab bills, and quotations. The documents are generated from the details you enter.

We provide templates and tools. We do not verify whether a document is correct for your tax, accounting, legal, medical, payroll, claim, or compliance needs.

Your responsibility for document content

You are responsible for the information you enter, the documents you create, and how you use or share those documents. Before sending or submitting a document, review names, dates, amounts, tax labels, payment details, and totals carefully.

Do not use My Invoice Generator to create false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful documents. Do not impersonate another business or person, use trademarks without permission, or create records that you are not allowed to create.

Accounts and access

Some features may require signing in with Google or email magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. If you believe someone is using your account without permission, contact us at support@myinvoicegenerator.net.

We may limit, suspend, or close access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, used to harm the platform, or used in a way that violates these terms.

Credits and payments

Paid PDF generation uses credits. Credit prices, credit quantities, and supported payment methods are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card, bank, or wallet credentials.

Refunds and failed payments are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your content and uploaded files

You keep ownership of the business details, customer details, line items, logos, notes, and other content you enter or upload. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, show previews, generate PDFs, send emails, store drafts, handle support, prevent abuse, and maintain the platform.

Only upload files that you have the right to use. You are responsible for any logo, image, signature, or other uploaded asset used in a generated document.

Our content and templates

The website, templates, layouts, icons, code, branding, and product design belong to My Invoice Generator or our licensors. You may use generated documents for your own business or personal records, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce the platform or its templates as a competing service.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features when needed for security, maintenance, product quality, or business reasons.
