Refund and Cancellation Policy

How My Invoice Generator handles credit purchases, failed payments, duplicate charges, and refund requests.

My Invoice Generator uses credits for paid PDF generation. This policy explains when credits are final, when we can help with payment problems, and how to contact us.

Credit purchases

Credits are digital units used inside My Invoice Generator. Once a payment is successful and credits are added to your account, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

When refunds may be available

We may issue a refund or corrective credit in these cases:

  • You were charged but credits were not added to your account.
  • You were charged twice for the same checkout.
  • The payment provider marked the payment as failed but money was debited.
  • We are required to provide a refund under applicable law.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are usually not available for:

  • Credits that were successfully added to your account.
  • Credits that have already been used to generate PDFs.
  • Accidental purchases after credits have been delivered.
  • Documents rejected because of incorrect information entered by the user.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, your bank, wallet, card issuer, or payment provider may take time to reverse the amount. Most reversals appear within 5 to 10 business days, but the exact timing depends on the provider and your payment method.

How to request help

If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly, email support@myinvoicegenerator.net with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The payment date and amount.
  • The payment reference or checkout reference, if available.
  • A short description of the issue.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. If a refund cannot be completed through the original payment method, we may ask for additional details or offer corrective credits instead.

Policy changes

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy when our product, credit system, payment provider, or legal obligations change. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
